Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Gwinnett Office, as well as some weekend rotation at Main Office

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of busy Gwinnett Satellite office
  • Check in and check out
  • Administrative functions such as answering phones, scheduling appointments and managing physicians’ schedules
  • Filing records and charts
  • HIPAA compliance


  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to multitask and appropriately assess needs of office
  • Compassion and superior customer service


Medical office/Front Desk experience.
