Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Gwinnett Office, as well as some weekend rotation at Main Office
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Daily management of busy Gwinnett Satellite office
- Check in and check out
- Administrative functions such as answering phones, scheduling appointments and managing physicians’ schedules
- Filing records and charts
- HIPAA compliance
- High School Diploma
- Ability to multitask and appropriately assess needs of office
- Compassion and superior customer service
Medical office/Front Desk experience.
